    The Band 'Up Against It!' is the new form of SKATE PUNK, ready to make you believe your disbelief and undersand your confusion. We are dedicated to putting on a show and creating a relationship with the audience which You will not find with many other rock bands in this modern age of ROCK.

    So ladies and gentlemen boys and girls and whoever else is reading this, step right up and allow the MAYHEM TO BEGIN!!!

    Now without further adue I will introduce UP AGAINST IT:

    Sean 'David' Barker: Began playing the drums at the young age of 2, and said that drums have made a change to his life that would never have taken place without the drums in his life. At the age of 9 he performed at his father the well renowned slovak singer Miroslav Zbirka's concert! this only furthering his hunger for the drums along with a friendship with the lead guitarist Oliver Torr brought him to the Prague british school rock band where he met the rest of the band and would create UP AGAINST IT.

    Oliver Torr, along with Sean, used to make stupid songs which had only about 2 chords and took about a minute. However later on this got very boring. Ollie started improving his guitar skills and started composing better and better songs with Sean. Right now Ollie is also interested in doing beats and mixes as well, and is building a home studio which might also be used by the band occasionaly.

    The funniest thing about the band probably is that the bassist Jake Nietsch decided to start playing bass when Up against It was already in the process of forming. He met Sean who he became good friends with. Jake wanted to be a part of the band so Sean told him to learn how to play bass which is exactly what happened!

    Mikey Blount is a person that the rest of the band never thought of as a singer. He was just their friend. Until the band realised that they finally need to find a good singer. They were unsuccesful obviously. They just randomly asked Mikey if he wanted to do it and he gave it a try. In addition that little try made him THE SINGER.

    Itai Zoller is the newest member of this experience! The band started making more complicated songs with double guitars and realised that they would like to play it that way even on concerts and not just in studios. Since they knew Itai from another school METAL band, called "Burn The Evidence" they asked him if he wanted to do it. He agreed immediately and stated that he is finally a part of a real band! We are now about to start working with Itai to make our songs better and better!

    SO GET READY FOR UP AGAINST IT!
