    H-2-S (also referred to as H-Two-S or H2S) is a German metal band formed in Erfurt, Germany, in May 2009. Their music is hard to describe, as they have influences from a lot of different genres and combine elements of Progressive Metal/Rock, Groove Metal, Math Metal, Nu Metal and Blues. The band is known for its combination of a heavy drumsection, basslines that are not only made for the rythmic, but also for the melody, simple, catchy riffs, all mixed up with complex, technical bridges and (guitar and bass)solos. The vocals may seem a bit rude at first, but if you listen carefully, you will hear the melody in it (and sometimes there are clean parts that you would not expect). The band consists of Steve Uttenweiler(Guitar/Vocals), Hendrik Jakob (Drums), Stefan Kukowka (Bass) and Jesper Opitz (Vocals).
