    Red Lights Century was born on the first days of September 2009 when drummer Federico Dotti and Guitarist Alessandro Rossi joined Marco Usai, crazy bass player, to jam together. They decided to keep playing and started searching for another guitarist and a singer. The lead guitar, Federico Castorina, and singer Marco Ricciardi joined the band and they decided to choose "Red Lights Century" as the name of the band for its critical and satirical meaning. After few months Federico Castorina left the band because he though he was only a weight for the band and Alessandro Rossi began to be the main instrumental composer. The band tried to search for a new rhythmic guitarist only in november 2010, and school friend Luca Bigarelli joined Red Lights Century.
