    Die Band Jackalhead besteht seit Anfang 2011, und zwar aus Phil (Gesang & Gitarre), Martin (Schlagzeug) und Loki (Bass & Gesang) - die schon bei der Vorband Numbskull Puppets seit 2005 zusammen musizierten – und Bastian (Gitarre), der im Sommer 2011 dazukam.
    Alle vier sind ziemlich unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten, was bei den eigenen Texten und Songs zu sehr breitgestreuten musikalischen Einflüssen führt. Von Iron Maiden über Offspring bis Marilyn Manson oder auch Jonny Cash ist alles, was irgenwie rockt, vertreten.
    Man sollte meinen, daß bei soviel Variation der „rote Faden“ abhanden kommt, aber die Jungs erheben das mit viel Gusto einfach zu ihrem eigenen Stil:

    The band Jackalhead consists since early 2011 of Phil (voice & guitar), Martin (drums) and Loki (bass & voice) – wich were making music together as Numbskull Puppets since 2005 – and Bastian (guitar), who joined in summer 2011.
    All four have very different personalities, wich leads to widely spread musical influences in their own textes and songs. From Iron Maiden to Offspring to Marilyn Manson to Jonny Cash – everthing that is rockable is somehow present.
    One might doubt that this much disparity can follow a golden thread, but the boys just create their own style with much enthusiasm:
