    Buona sera a tutti,
    Noi siamo gli Instinkt. Band Thrash/NWOBHM milanese, formatasi nel 2011. Da allora niente ci ha più fermato. Vincitori per 2 anni di fila del "Suona all'estero" con StageAlive (per più di una destinazione Olanda-Germania-Inghilterra), Band Of The Week numerose volte, richiesti come spalla da gruppi della scena underground ma comunque più affermati. Il nostro repertorio è composto per la maggior parte da canzoni nostre, in cui ciascun membro ha fatto la sua parte, ma anche cover.
    Il gruppo è composto da:
    -Frax, chitarra ritmica e voce
    -Frao, chitarra solista e back vocals
    -Tommy, basso
    -Fray, batteria
