    TOP STORIES
As stories go, this is not a bad one. Most of the details have been removed to protect the band in question. Ask a member at a show about the whole saga. Ply him with alcohol and you may get what you're looking for - but probably not.
The band started back in the summer of '03 - a combination of classified ads and party acquaintances. They practiced at Barry's place for about six months before a debut at Staccato in Adams Morgan in January of '04. The show was well received and the band immediately went into hiding.

After some intense group therapy they re-emerged on the D.C. scene only to find themselves naked and demo-less. Scotty (at the time the band's svengali/technical advisor) suggested a few things in the way of recording and clothing. The fully-clothed session yielded some good results. Unfortunately, Dan, the Cousins' original gangsta guitarist, had to leave the fold due to a previous agreement with a local nudist colony.

Walaah! Along came Scotty to save the day! He is now the band's guitarist/backing vocalist alongside Tom on guitar and vocals. Isaac is the volatile bassist. Barry, of course, the more volatile drummer.

The website is shrunken but up and running and no one is going to jail in the foreseeable future.
