    In a world in which image precedes content, BFM hopes and prays that you, our fine listener, are not so quick to judge. Not that we need an excuse for our lack of dashing good looks or failure to wear ripped jeans and vintage t-shirts, but maybe we do. Quite simply, we love music and have internalized our wide range of influences, which makes it hard for us to create a unified image or genre. We're veterans of the dive bar scene (which has made our families ecstatically proud), so we know what you (yes, you, our fine, intelligent, and virtuous listener) wants. That's not to say we do this just for you, you selfish pig. No, we write music that we want to hear, but from the perspective of music fans ourselves as well as the artist. We love to rock, and so do you. We love to chill, and we know you do too. Sometimes we love to curl up on the couch by the fire with a nice warm cup of cocoa. Are you going to say no to that? We didn't think so. You won't find any false pretense with us, even if you're a naysayer of virtuosic music. The deep annals of the soul are not so simple, you know.
