    Hailing from Boston, this critically acclaimed artist has entertained audiences in New England with her strong yet sultry voice & powerful stage presence! In the late nineties, as a member of the band "Killing Julie", she established herself as a serious local talent, receiving rave reviews and wowing audiences with every performance! As a child she was always singing around the house. She would entertain family members by singing into a makeshift microphone and stand made out of an empty sherbert container, broom stick, jumprope handle & a piece of red yarn which was created for her by her dad. It was obvious that a little star was being born! After singing covers with numerous bands and musicians, it wasn't until a college friend introduced her to originals, and this is when she realized she actually had a gift for songwriting and her musical life took on a whole new meaning. She then began to focus on her own musical path..... In the spring of 2005..after much soul searching, Julie decided to form her current band which brings together some of the finest musicians in Boston.

    Julie writes honest, heartfelt lyrics which are sung to beautiful melodies with soaring harmonies & enticing hooks! Her thoughtful and positive songs reflect real life observations & relationships, all with a spirit that defines her life and her music! Her band blends elements of modern pop, rock & classic styles, all which bring to Julie's songs a sound that's truly unique!

    Julie received a 2006 Boston Music Award nomination for "Outstanding Local Female Vocalist"!!!!
