    Le groupe est forme par Leo & Guich (respectivement batteur et basse/chant) apres le split de leur groupe the Fulminate (RIP). Ils repartent sur de nouvelles bases et cherchent donc deux guitaristes sur internet. Ils rentrent donc en contact avec Vin's mi Juillet 2005. Une semaine apres, ARno vient faire un essai concluant lui aussi, apres le split de son groupe d'emo hardcore "trapped by stereo" (RIP) et maturise l'instru des chansons. Le groupe pense etre formé et commence à composer tranquillement à partir de Septembre 2005. "No way to find my star" est né... En Janvier 2006, un premier bilan pousse le groupe a recruter un ami au chant (victo) afin d'apporter aux premières compositions, une touche screamo voire hardcore, la veille de l'enregistrement d'une demo temoin pour le groupe. No way est donc desormais definitivement forme.
