    Reign In Ruin started in it 2005, as a high school history project. It was drummer Chris Gange and lead guitarist Jeff DaFonte playing Cowboys From Hell, but naming it Doughboys from Hell for a WWI history project. Ricky (rhythm guitarist) was brought in to sing the song and he stayed on as the vocalist for about a year or so. Jeff Burke was brought as bass. After that things started moving. Songs were written, shows were played just like everyone else has done. In December of 2005, Anthony (vocals) came into the picture, a tribute to Dimebag Darrell was done that night, covering Walk and Cowboys. Soon lyrics re-written, a new song was written. Fast forward to September, after months of shows and no new songs.
    We are currently in the process of writing more new material (3 1/2 songs so far in the past 3 weeks, 3 total jam sessions) and soon to be recording new and possibly old material.
