    Spiritraiser is a soulful, energetic rock band flavored with influences from many different music styles. Mostly stoner rock, grunge and traditional hard rock.

    The band was founded at the summer of 2005 in Helsinki, Finland by four old friends and good musicians, sharing the same passion for music and life itself. Mutual sound was found almost instantly, so the band went to studio to record their first demo, only after 1 month of playing together. The reception of the demo was overwhelming and the last kick to set this fucker off, was given.

    At the beginning of the year 2006, our live set was put to a form, from where the touring could start. Since then, the audience has never been left cold and after feeling the spirit that is present on the stage from the first screaming riff, till the last floating note, we are definitely starting to feel, that this is a true rock band and its sharing the mutual love of carving music from wood.

    This is not technorock.
