    TOP STORIES
ThreeMileIsland is a Hardcore/Post Hardcore band with a whole new twist in the music scene. Bassist Carlos was sick of trying to find the right band so he decided to get one together from scratch in mid spring of 06 and called up Louie and jimmy to join him. The three wrote music to that of what they were very influenced by, Louie and Carlos highly influenced through hardcore riffs and breakdowns from Poison the Well and other closely tied bands. Jimmy was a whole new subject in this music sense with his close ties with 90's grunge and 80's metal. The three had struggled with different drummers and singers, when they found Sergio. He was very familiar with Louie's intentions of tempo changes and breakdowns that are great to break shit with, for the two used to play for the hell of out after school sessions. he was very welcomed into the band and the four put together a hell of a composition. Then we found our singer Megan. This was a first for all of us to have this distinct hardcore sound never heard anywhere with a girl singer, who can sing very well to. Megan is majorly influenced by Alexisonfire and others like them so her song melodies and high notes are on the spot. After that we found our man Brandon to lead the pack with his powerful screaming vocals. We came together a monsterous pack of songs that tear the place apart with its breakdowns, tempo changes, and powerful performances wherever we play, watch for some of us being where we aren't supposed to be during a song and get ready to feel our music......
