The 4th and 5th of January will see Montreal finest bands play at the O Patros Vys, the really cool venue in rue Mont-Royal est. Bands that range from Alternative Folk to Hip Hop will showcase their original tunes in front of a judging audience. Many styles including Soul, Metal and Indie are proof that the Montreal music scene is healthy and it has many different genres.

This very generous choice of sounds will be on hand on Friday and Saturday 4th and 5th of January for people to see. 2013 looks like it will start with a bang and these guys will compete for a slot at the Taubertal Festival in Germany in August 2013. A Canadian band from Quebec will ultimately be chosen by a panel of judges and will spend 3 to 4 days in beatiful Rothenburg, in Southern Germany, playing support to some of the biggest bands in the world.
