Originating in the south shore of Montreal, the four young men who make up Hydronium have come together to achieve a common goal – that of making great music. What they put forth is a refreshing sound filled with harmonies and guitar solos. With some melodic & metal overlays, the music still manages to be soothing and engaging. Not surprisingly their hard work landed them in Emergenza’s national final at L’Olympia in Montreal.
They stay true to their goal of giving each instrument in the band a moment in the spotlight. Victims being a great example of this – strong guitar solo, followed by a few moments for the bass to shine, all before the singer comes in with his melodies.
Their demo is just on the verge of being released, and will be launched during an upcoming live show in Longueil. If their performance at Club Soda last June is any indication, the audience is in for a treat. The guys definitely achieve their goal of making great music and putting on a great show. Good on them for promoting their band and taking all the steps for a successful marketing plan for their music.
