    Fraudulent Mistake, forerly Price To Pay, was formed as a five piece hardcore band in early 2005 when James got together with some friends to jam. Afew weeks later, the name was changed to Fraudulent Mistake. One by one, the original members dropped out, or were kicked out, leaving James as the only original member. He met up with Ron at a party his friend was throwing and it all sped up from there. Ron and James wrote afew songs together, and eventually, Nick, Michael, and Matt were added to the line-up and have been playing together since late 2006.
