"This all started as a release for me, a way to let out my emotions. I drove 120 miles to Eugene one night on a whim to my friend Matt's house to cut a 7 song demo cd. Since then I have had overwhelming encouragement and have written over 40 songs, and played at many venues. I was lucky enough to meet two talented musicians - Chris and John, to support and back me on stage. We still don't have much of a following but our songs are getting better and better. I've been told I have the voice of an angel, but what I really want to be known for is my songwriting. Every song is from the heart, I can't get behind a song that I don't believe in or have some connection with. No matter what happens, whether I find fame and fortune, or whether I stay in Portland forever and never gain notoriety in any form - it makes no difference to me. I'm doing what I love to do, music is all I need or will ever need."
