It’s all in a name for Turin band Attitude—that’s one thing they are definitely not lacking. Their mission is to bring the raw sounds of old-school rock and roll, inspired by bands like KISS, GunsN’Roses, AC/DC, and Mötley Crüe, to an Italian audience. And they’re doing it on their latest EP. A follow up to their demo Sex Attitude & Rock’n’Roll, their massive eight-track debut EP Autodistruzione (Self-Destruction) is only a preview of what they have in store. Let’s just put it this way: these guys don’t fuck around. They had the balls to go live in the studio, including two entirely direct tracks, so the album maintains their explosive live energy. Right out of the gates on track one “Sabato sera” (“Saturday Night”) the band gets their point across with a rebel yell, “It’s Saturday night. I wanna play fuckin’ rock and roll!” Fist-pumping, infectious riffs open up songs like “Furto dal Diavolo” (“Robbin’ the Devil”) and “Pronto a gridare” (“Ready to Shout”), whereas the chanting style chorus’ take on the energy and attitude of old-school street punk. The album was recorded at Freakone Royale Studio in Sciolze, produced by Paolo Rigotti, and includes Andre Licks on lead vox, Davis Riff on—you guessed it—lead guitar, Gio Pixel
 on bass and Marco Ryde on drums. The boys from Attitude are bringing debauchery to small towns all around Italy on their Autodistruzione Tour, and they just stopped off to rock Emergenza Festival Italia at the Barrio in Turin.
