You have participated in the Emergenza Festival Edition 2015/2016. What made you decide to take part in it?
We heard about Emergenza a long time ago. And we stumbled upon it last year by chance.

As you approach the world final, what is your state of mind?
Euphoria for one, determined for another, there is one that doesn't believe it, another one is too excited, and the last knows there are a lot of works to do.

What is your best memory from your Emergenza experience?
The semi final because it was the first time we had a concert with such a beautiful crowd and a really good stage. That was a big step for MadMagus.

What's behind your band's name? Any specific meaning?
An entity.

Can you tell us a funny story or anecdote about your experience on stage? And one which happened in backstage or during the preparation of a show ?
On stage, performing the end of our song "Pussy Wizard" we succeeded to blow the fuses and our drummer did a great solo to keep people super warm. When the electricity came back with the sound of the instruments, people became crazy. And in backstage, it was in an old derelict monastery. We had to play in a kind of rave party, and the problem was to take all our music equipment into the hall that was at the 1st floor because there wasn't any stairs. So we took our instruments and amps through the first floor window with a pile of wood pallets... That worked!

How would you describe your music?
Eclectic.

What is your dream gig?
The Internation Space Station.

If you could invite a band or an artist at your party, dead or alive, who would it be?
Red Hot Chili Peppers.

What are your short to medium term plans after the international final?
Release our first album in September and continue to improve our music to heal people.

Why do you think you deserve to win the 2016 Festival edition?
Because we aim for the interplanetary final!
