NY in High-Style!
Manhattan Semi-Finals at the Crashmansion
Thursday, May 10th
Cimmeri started off the night with their own blend of thrash-metal that got everyone fired up for the weekend ahead.
Vortex followed them belting out electric-rock fronted by an emotional woman on lead vocals.
Semblance of a Soul took the stage next, and just destroyed their set with heavy metal licks and thrashing songs.
Lot 16 was up next, and changed up the pace a bit with their smooth alternative rock and unique songs.
Topher Mohr was next, and played a truly great rock set, and it was clear to all that he was clearly having a great time up there on stage.
King for a Day followed with their own form of mellow rock that was fronted by an acoustic guitar a truly cool sound.
Desdro was next to take the stage, and rocked through a great set with deep and rockin’ bass lines.
Up next was Zen. This is truly unique music. This guitarist just tore up his guitar in a blend of rock and blues.
Hyllfactor rapped up the night with their cool lyrics and energetic stage presence.
Friday, May 11th
The Sarkies kicked off the evening, and these young kids truly rocked the house. Playing like true veterans they left many speechless with their abilities.
Cranial Damage followed, and just blew up the stage with their thrashing metal licks.
Snug was up next, and played a great rock set with their own style and blend of multiple genres of rock.
Next up was Mark Shine and he changed up the night with his smooth grooves and very friendly reggae sound.
Pelagia took the stage next and just rocked the house with their smooth style of alternative, grunge rock, very cool.
Special guest JuliusC stopped by once again to rock the stage with their own style of rock and funk.
One L Difference followed them, and played a great set or mellow rock that was fronted by multiple keys.
The Thoughts That Kill took the stage next and played a great set of rockin’ music. There is no doubt that these guys know how to play a killer set.
Up next was Fire Flies. These guys filled the house with energy and got everyone in the place rockin’ and jumping around like kids.
The Spines wrapped up the night in true fashion with a unique blend of alternative rock that left everyone heading home hungry for more.
Saturday, May 12th
Snagged kicked off the night with their cool licks and smooth Alt-rock sound.
Kritical Mass followed, and these young kids played a killer set that left all in disbelief.
Dudes of Doom followed and rocked the hell out of the place with their blend of heavy rock and humor.
Joshua Mitchell took the stage next, and played a truly great set of R&B mixed with Urban pop.
Up next was Grunes Herz and these guys just tore the stage apart. They had a heavy yet intricate sounds that was very cool.
Shadows Lie followed, and simply put, just played a killer set of emotional rock fronted by an energetic and passionate woman behind the mic.
The NOx Curve was next, and they just took the energy of the house and rolled with it. Keeping everyone on their toes and rockin’.
Seca Kons and Les Enrage was up next, and played a killer set of hip-hop and reggae, that was backed by a nasty and talented group of musicians.
Elastic Pyramid finished off the night with their mellow yet fun rockin’, that was fronted by an acoustic guitar, very cool.
Saunday, May 13th
Sympathy For My Vengeance kicked off the night with their heavy rock and emotionally filled songs.
Mattress Armada followed, and kept the energy flowing with their nasty licks and own blend of punk alt-rock.
R.A.D. took the stage next and these young kids belted through a killer set of S.KA. Rock that was truly unique.
JuliusC returned once again to rock the house with their funky blend of rock. Its always a
