Feelin' it in Philly!

Last weekend of 2nd Step at The Khyber

Friday, April 13th The night started off nice and mellow with the smooth and soothing sounds of Mountain Man. This acoustic based band belted through fun and energetic songs that seemed make everyone feel as if they were out of the hustle and bustle of the city, and around the campfire. Rabone took the stage next and belted through an emotional set of truly entertaining music. With a front man who had a style all his own this was one act that you did not want to miss. We rounded the night up with Emergenza veterans Julius C. These guys who are currently on our BEST Tour, rocked the house with their own style of funk, free styling and strait up rock and roll. By the end of their set they had everyone in the house bouncing, grooving and begging for more. Saturday, April 14th Vengeance took the stage first and truly destroyed it with a vengeance. With tight changes and great rifts they had everyone enthralled and rockin'' early on in the evening. It was a nice blend of metal and rock, but also had a fun humorous undertone to it. Shapes and Stars was next to take the stage and although only together 6 month, it seemed as if they had been playing together for 6 years. It just goes to show that hard work and dedication pay off in this industry. The Fame wrapped up the night with their energetic and fast grooves that continuously left the crowd begging for more. These guys rocked so hard that the drummer was breaking sticks like they were little twigs.
