L.A.'s new rock stop!



Well L.A has moved on to their quarters now and its rolling out some serious rock stops at the new venue The Gig. The first night of shows had Preachers and Porn stars shouting out an American Anthem, while The Pressure had pop culture references. The Faded tore down the roof, and Right of Center were handing out some dirty business. Peach had some blues that won her on to the Semi’s and Frame were and endless set of rock. Cashmere performed a hip-hop set while Gold leaf had a medusa of solos. Friday rolled in Chris Paul Overall who performed an alternative set right before they took off to SXSW, and Tag had a fine line of rock. Grounded were punked out, and Solacz were funky-rock. While My-T-Mo were a rocket ship of sound. The Bellflowers had a song titled “The Prophet” that had the crowd moving, and Clint White had a heart for black days. As the weekend rolled in so did more talent as Hollowell shook the room, and Sonic Syndrome were frantic with alternative. Vie wore metal like a shade of gray, and Plastizine People were thundering with sound. A Step Further performed a song titled “Driving South” that rounded off their set, and Against The Wall were irony of the clock. King Washington didn’t hold back on any bills, and a Violet Scripkus were rock with honey. That concludes this weekend of shows stay tuned for next weekend’s roll out!
