San Diego’s Zoo World

Round One Week Two

San Diego’s most commonly known for its Zoo and Sea World which are the main attraction to this So Cal city that rests only two hours from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. It also houses some serious talent such as Day sleeper who were a canon ball of tiny earthquakes bringing down the roof! While The Perils of Being drifted on like an afternoon painted red hot with rock. Adopted Prophets were free of thought, and Two Word Name tied the whole weekend together with a killer set that had their guitarist in nothing but a G-string, bow tie, and a guitar which was far from the regular chip n’ dales that I’m used to! Dying Wish performed a song titled “Katrina” that rounded off their set, and Rukus were on a bitch hunt with tunes that really shook up their crowd! Dufreign swelled out their set that was felt among everyone, and Late Night Promenade played a set that was a setting like a moonlit sky. IDS were a hard-rock style that took the crowd to another level. Aid the Angel were thunder with harmony. That concludes this weekend of shows in the infamous surfer’s neck of the woods..
