In late April, 2008, it was decided that a change was needed in this era of increasingly dull and ever similar popular music, and a collective was formed to produce the sounds you are hopefully now listening to.
First From The Sea's acoustic driven melodies, interlaced with the cries of pure rock, provide an unparalleled listening experience that screams of originality and creativity. Although First From The Sea is still in it’s infant years, the band has been said to be “a slick, well-constructed piece of primordial rock, harking back to the days before music like 'EMO' turned radio into whiny brain mush for adolescents who can't get a date without telling drunk chicks they have a band....” Well, we hope you agree.
