Composed of keys, vocals, guitar, bass, and drums, their sound is unlike anything heard in this region of the world. Meeting each other on Halloween night came Marques (born with thrashing and profound piano hands) and Liz (a girl whose voice is filled with soul and sweet harmonies that you'd never expect out of her body). Soon after followed Shago (the 15 year old blues phenom, with the nastiest style in town). Then, falling directly into place came Morimoto (our zen teacher & funky bassist) and John (the crazy amazing white kid who we felt we'd settle for instead of a big fat black church drummer). Combining jazz, soul, r&b, alternative rock, rugged pop, and indie, is the only way to describe their sound. So wait for them to finish recording, and stay tuned to the Lucky Five, who will shortly be taking over your headphones.
