When Inertia,from Baltimore Md;steps onto a stage you are blown away by sheer volume and power.This 4 piece band comes out with a sound that is a mixture of God-smack, Alice in Chainsand Drowning Pool.They are truely a live band,thier stage show is incredible.They are all over the stage and with wireless gear,get into the crowd's faces.Craig is one of the best frontmen you will see in an unsigned band;getting down and dirty with the crowd during thier cover of Bodies(drowning Pool) with a wireless mic in thier faces.Bobby's lead playing is worth watching as he gets into the music,bending the neck of his Les Paul,jumping off the stage,and just being crazy on stage.Ben's bass playing is solid and busy.If you listen to him,you hear the influence of Steve Harris(Iron Maiden),Cliff Burton(Metallica)and Billy Sheehan(Mr.Big)all rolled into one.He is all over the stage during the show making sure you are having a good time.Mark's drumming is powerful.His double bass playing is like thunder.Mark can play his ass off while doing back-up vocals;not an easy feat!If you are looking for a solid drummer,this is the guy.Mark and Ben lay down a solid powerful foundation for Craig and Bobby to let loose on thier music.You have to see these guys live to get the full effect!
