    D.C. based alternative rock band Instant G, blends melodic hooks, dramatic vocals, and heavy rhythms to produce unique songs. Formed in 2000, Instant G brings together a wealth of stage experience and musical success, with its four members having shared the stage with some of the regions top acts. The band released its first independent E.P. "Open Inside" in August 2001. The five song E.P helped to establish Instant G as one of the top area acts. Plans are currently in the works for the band to record and release a full-length album sometime in mid 2004. The band has played many of the regions top venues.
