    Pettibone Mercury is a San Jose, Ca. based group of musicians that has come up with something a bit different. What it is will be left up to the listeners to decide. While its hard to place the material into a specific genre, it really is just hard rock at its core. With the wide range of influences, from old school rock to metal to jazz, blues, funk and classical, Pettibone Mercury molds them together for their unique take on music. Pettibone Mercury is dissonant guitar tones, hard driving heavy handed drums, funky bass lines, powerful vocals, thick grooves, odd meters, alternate timings all wrapped up in a powerful straight forward Rock n' Roll package.
