Your Emergenza gig is a few days away  - how do you feel?

Nervous and excited, we are prepared to put on one hell of a show.

What can the audience expect from you guys?

Definitely a show with face melting riffs and a range of unique songs to get the crowd moving, whether that be moshing or even dancing. We will stand out on the night for sure.

How did you end up playing music together?

Started playing music purely for the love of it as teenagers and quickly moved on to writing originals and wanting to hear them as complete songs. Reece and myself are brothers and have been jamming since 2005, met the other members through high school, Uni and gigs sharing the same interest.

Any hidden messages behind your band name? Who came up with the name and how?

Sounded good! Don’t remember how or who… But we “agreed” upon the name instantly and shortly after we came up with our first EP name “A Well Dressed Pig”!

A Gentleman's Agreement is headlining the ultimate dream festival - which legendary bands (past or present) would you want to play along with?

I'm sure all members would have there own line up but mine: Rammstein, Rob Zombie, Tool, Slipknot, SOAD, Deftones, FFDP, Godsmack, Killer Be Killed, Lamb Of God, Mastodon, Otep, Parkway Drive and Baby Metal, I could go on…

Are there any artists who have influenced the bands style?

Really hard to answer that one, Rob Zombie would Definitely be a big one, both musically and as an individual. We have evolving influences though out the nearly 4 years of playing, as of now I know Lamb Of God and Mastodon are fresh influences for us. A lot of my influences though come from smaller bands now as they are the ones bringing fresh ideas to the table and I want to do the same.

Finally, why should the audience vote for A Gentlemen's Agreement at The Lair @ Metro on Wednesday night?

We are an original sound, an original band and can put on one memorable show!
