Holland’s band, TO BY FOUR  is a pop funk rock unit with no pretence. A sort of modern version of Spin Doctors, they dispatch a tight set full of great tunes. Audience participation was great and the singer showed confidence and verve. The rhythm section was good and the lead guitarist competent. An excellent set from this Amsterdam four piece.
