You have participated in the Emergenza Festival Edition 2014/2015. What made you decide to take part in it?
We decided to take part in it because we think that Emergenza is the most important festival for the new bands in Italy and all over the world.

As you approach the world final, what is your state of mind?
We’re so proud and excited to take a part on this big festival and make a great show. Our mind is focus on the target : win.

What is your best memory from your Emergenza experience? 
All the shows that we made were important but our best memory was on the stage of Alcatraz in Milan, when Veronica said our band’s name and we won the national final of Emergenza.

What's behind your band's name? Any specific meaning?
Our band’s name is : SIREN. The name was inspired from a statue who is in the Mark’s father restaurant, under which we made practice. It seemed immediately suitable, sound was good and simple, but also for the double meaning that can be attributed : one, the siren’s by Odyssey that with their singing bewitched the sailors ; the other is a noisy siren’s police.

If you had to choose a famous song that represents your band...which one would it be?
Undoubtedly one of the most important songs for us is Toxicity by System of a down.

If your band had another name, what would it be?
Sincerely we don’t know, it was too hard to find this name…maybe…Spice Girls (laughs).

Can you tell us a funny story or anecdote about your experience on stage?
During a show, Jack’s guitar broke before a solo…he played the solo with his voice.

What can audiences expect from one of your live performances?
An energetic and enthralling show.

Before you go on stage, do you have a ritual or a good luck charm that goes everywhere with you?
It’s a secret and if we tell it, its magical power will vanish.

What is your dream gig?
Siren live @ Wembley Stadium.

Do you guys have any hobbies? What do you do when you don’t play? 
Jack’s hobbies are : read and gym; Mark’s hobby is Kung Fu; Samuel’s hobby is cycle and Marcus hobby is play football.

If you could invite a band or an artist at your party, dead or alive, who would it be?
Mozart in a ‘700 style party.

What are your short to medium term plans after the international final?
We will record in September 4 new songs and try to organize an european tour.

Yes…have you ever had experiences in recording studio?
Yes, our first album (The Row) was released in October 2014 by Red Cat Records, registered at the Studio Waves of Paolo Rossi in Pesaro, produced, written, arranged and composed by us.

Why do you think you deserve to win the 2015 Festival edition?
We don’t know the other band, we can’t say that we deserve more then others. Certainly we worked so hard from the beginning of the project and we are ready for the competition.
