It looks like there are no Signs for Escape for the seven local acts that will have to go head to head with this Sydney hardcore band at The Lair this Wednesday, October 1st for round one of Emergenza Festival Australia. They’ll crush just about anything in their path with their bulldozer wall of hardcore sound. High-adrenaline-bloodied-ax-riffage combined with breakneck double bass pedal and vocals that range from wicked, high pitched demonic to deep, low growling… with the occasional sick vocal delay effects chucked in to boot. Song titles like “Watery Graves” make no bones about the fact that this band doesn’t sing about sunshine and rainbows—this is some serious bone chilling hardcore s*it.
