The guys in TWSS are no strangers to the Emergenza stage. Last time they played, they earned some serious street cred by playing right through a bad injury and rocking the crowd nonetheless. Hey, “no pain, no gain”, right? If you’re not familiar with the acronym TWSS, it stands for “That’s What She Said”, an endearing adolescent phrase for pointing out a double entendre…. In other words, they were 16 at the time they named their band. But jokes aside, these guys have musical chops much more mature than their band name and original hard rock tunes to be reckoned with. With influences like Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Gyroscope, Led Zeppelin, and even Linkin Park, it’s no wonder they describe themselves as “too darn loud”! That’ll make for a killer stage performance this Friday, September 12th at The Espy for round one of Emergenza Festival Australia… and maybe they’ll blow some of the quieter bands out of the water.
