Self-described as a total mind fuck… and giving themselves the original label of streetrock, Sydney band 46 Clicks incorporates street punk, old school rock, nu metal and crossover influences into their original style. That’s a whole lotta sound going on, but we assure you, they wrap it all up into a very synthetic package... They’ve got their totally own sound, and they own it. Check out “Cuttin’ Loose”, which opens up with an insanely catchy hook “God only knows the way I feel right now, the way I feel right now, the way I feel right now...”, performed in gritty vocals, and coupled with an understated bass intro that builds up into an electric guitar and synth explosion, with perfectly timed power drumming. This song will definitely get you psyched up to see them perform live. The genre busting 46 Clicks is getting geared up to blow the roof off of The Lair this weekend and blow the other bands out of the water in round one of Emergenza Festival Australia.
