To put it simple, The Raids are a two-piece rock band. Guitar. Drums. And, for now, they’re keeping things pretty well under wraps in terms of releasing any material. You can check out just a very few live recordings on their Facebook band page, including their original song “Rush”. Even though it’s just a simple recording, this one really showcases the incredible dynamic they have as a two-piece. It’s unreal how much sound they can squeeze out of just guitar, drums and vocals. And we’re not talking White Stripes or Black Keys. We’re talking blistering old school rock and roll, with the drummer in the back pouring his heart out on lead vocals. You are not going to want to miss seeing these guys live!

With a debut full-length album in the works, they’ve been spending all of their time in the studio recently. But don’t think that means they’re going to half-ass anything when it comes to their live performance. These guys are psyched up to give it everything they’ve got and leave nothing behind on stage at The Factory Theatre on the 20th.
