CHRONIC Mixes Thrash, Death and Modern Metal

This band brings their head-crushing mix of thrash, death, and modern metal all the way from Nepal to the stage at The Factory Theatre on the 20th

This modern metal band knows how to rock out like old-school metal heads. They put their blistering guitar, machine gun rhythm section, and double kick pedal into a mash-up of thrash, death, and modern metal sound. After a switch up in the percussion department, they’ve finally found their groove as a band and are now working hard at writing and pre-producing songs for their upcoming debut EP. But don’t think they’re putting live performing on the back burner. These five guys, all originally from Nepal, mesh well, both in and out of the studio, and off and on the stage, where they put on a hellish, well choreographed metal spectacle.

They’ve already played at several major live events around Sydney and have just made it through to the semi-finals of the Emergenza Festival. They plan to hit the stage at The Factory Theatre of the 20th to battle it out, tooth and nail, along with five other bands to get to the finals of the competition. If you want to get a taste of their music before the show, go check out their Bandpage. There, you can stream two head-crushing, original songs. With titles “The Mayham Project” and “Point-Blank”, you definitely get the sort of apocalyptic feel this band puts out with their sound. They’re going to lay it all on the line on the 20th at The Factory Theatre. Be sure to be there when it all goes down.
