TWIN AGES Ready to Rock Their Original Blues Rock Tunes

Blues rock band from Melbourne, Twin Ages, pulls themselves out of the studio to get their semi-final show ready for the stage at The Espy on the 19th

This band jokes that the reason they signed up for the festival is because they were already planning to move to Europe and saw it as a sign. Clearly this band is optimistic about what the outcome of the festival will be for them. But, beware before you judge this as false optimism. Here at Emergenza, it didn’t take us long to realize that these guys literally have the blues oozing out of them. They’re all seriously versed musicians and have a strong set of original songs with the energy to deliver a compelling live performance of each and every one. Obviously the crowd at their round one gig saw the same thing, as they voted them in to the semi-finals- they’re set to hit the stage on the 19th at The Espy.

Since the last time we talked, and the last time they played at The Espy, a lot has happened. They’re now in the early stages of their next EP, which is a really exciting endeavour for them and another chance to show the world what they’re worth in terms of sheer song-writing ability and musical bravado. But despite splitting their time between the studio, rehearsals, and gigs, they’re still preparing a wicked show for you guys on the 19th at The Espy for the semi-finals. Don’t miss your chance to see this soulful blues rock band live. They were born for the stage.
