It didn’t take long for us at Emergenza to understand that these guys have the blues just oozing out of them. And apparently the crowd at their round one gig at The Espy got the picture pretty clear as well. After all, now they’re on their way to the semi-finals, so don’t miss your chance to see them then- they hit the stage on the 19th this month. Since the last time we talked, a lot has happened, so they take a moment before the show to fill us in.

CAN YOU TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHO TWIN AGES ARE?
Yes, we would like to announce that we are currently in the works on our next EP!! Though in the very early stages, we are throwing in all our chips to make this a mountainous feat.

WHAT WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE FIRST ROUND FOR YOU?
Everyone had a great night that night. It was so good that if you tried to highlight a point you are sure to struggle to remember. So ours would be igniting that struggle.

OUT OF ALL THE SONGS YOU PLAYED, WHICH ONE GOT THE BIGGEST REACTION OUT OF THE CROWD AND WHY DO YOU THINK THAT IS?
Hard to tell, they reacted insanely to all of them! I guess being oblivious was the best possible outcome.

CAN YOU TELL US MORE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE IN THE FIRST ROUND AND WHAT YOU LEARNED FROM IT?
We didn't know what to expect, we received such a great reaction, you could say we learned you never doubt an opportunity that wasn't of your own construction.


SO HOW DOES IT FEEL BEING ONE STEP CLOSER TO THE EMERGENZA FINALS?
Exciting, can't wait to see how this will unfold.

WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO TAKE AWAY FROM YOUR UPCOMING CONCERT AT THE ESPY?
The chance to come back and do it again would be up there, but again just putting on a great show and having people leave excited is good enough for us.

HOW ARE YOU PLANNING TO PROMOTE FOR YOUR UPCOMING GIG?
We are going to but in the gig guides of our local radio stations along with Facebook, twitter and even Instagram. 










WITH OTHER BATTLE OF THE BANDS COMPETITIONS AROUND, WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE EMERGENZA?
We plan to move to Europe and saw it as a sign!
