    NEWS

Emergenza’s back in town for Sydney’s fifth night of eliminatory round shows.

Join us on July 5th at the Lair @ Metro as nine bands take to the stage in this rock n’ pop filled night.

Kicking off this fabulous night is Bel and the Chiefs – a light rock sound with acoustic interludes set the background for Anabel’s colourful vocal.
The New Orleans focus their energy on getting the room moving and brining just the right type of groove to their audience. They wow equally with their music and energy.
Bringing us back to a lighter mood, Limbo Sanctuary ‘s indie pop will speak to those with a love for acoustic guitars and melodic vocals.
Taking it up a notch, the fun electro-dance duo Slow to Die take us on a journey across this energetic and diverse genre. 90’s dance meets today’s pop.
More ladies on the stage as Angel Awake fills spot #5 on this evening’s roster. This time it’s an alternative rock ensemble with a meaningful message and melody.
Keeping with the genre, Flight to Dubai’s alternative rock show will take audiences back to the time when this music ruled – and remind them of its king.
Up next, Letters to Lions serve as our link to the common thread of the night – their indie rock performance combined with the band’s ability to stay true to the genre will have everyone at attention.
A.M.O.R.A takes us somewhere a little darker with their music as they showcase their original classic metal pieces.
Wrapping it all up things get a little dirty with some grunge thanks to The Strange Days. Actually, their music is well written and executed so fans are in for a treat.
And so 4,5 hours of music come to and end – and we will have another group of semi-finalists confirmed for the fall shows.
