Ladies and gentleman: The Strange Days!

    A straight up rock/alternative band!

Two years ago three musicians got together to work on a project which would adequately express each of their passions and talents. They have succeeded and the fruit of their labour is this well-crafted three piece they have called The Strange Days. The three musicians have vastly different backgrounds, influences and experiences which contribute to making this project unique and full of musical surprises while still being easy on the ears, so to speak.

This straight up rock/alternative band doesn’t hold back and delivers on all the nuances one would expect from the genre. Melodic guitar with just the right effects, timed perfectly, a strong lead vocal with the ability to capture any ear (especially female!) and a tight rhythm section to tie it all together. The Path is a musically charged song where the vocal undoubtedly plays a feature role, but accompanying instruments pull their own weight and stand their own.
In their time together the boys of The Strange Days have written a number of tracks, which are available for your listening pleasure on one of their online band profiles. They now hard at work promoting their upcoming Emergenza Festival show, which will take place on July 5th at the Lair @ Metro, following which they will head to the studio for a recording session. Can’t wait to hear a well-recorded version of Path!
