Bringing a different kind of groove to the stage, Slow to Die is a dynamic duo whose pop/rock/electronic sounds draw on the successful, mainstream music of today. What they create is an energetic and upbeat sound that will turn heads and please crowds of all ages. Having spent some time in the recent months records, they can now share their music with fans online – as well as live. Inspired by music from some of the most popular artists of today, Slow to Die has managed to find a good balance between emulating those artists while staying true to themselves. Not since Roxette have I happened upon a duo whose vocals and musical styles mesh so well together. With elements ranging from 90’s dance music – i.e. After Party - through Lady Gaga-like sounds – Slut Like You - they embody their musical passions vehemently. Combined with some saucy and provocative lyrics, Jason and Jaxx have created music that will stick with you.

On July 5th Slow to Die will take part in the Emergenza International Music Festival and along with eight other bands help blow the roof off the Lair @ Metro. No matter what your musical tastes are, this night offers something for everyone, most importantly a chance for some bands to move on to the next round of the competition
