Local Melbourne Talent Set to Hit the Stage June 21 at The Epsy

Emergenza hosts day one of a three day first step extravaganza, filled with live local talent, at the Epsy in Melbourne

This Friday night sees the kick off of a three day music event at the Epsy in Melbourne, where local bands are set to compete at the first stage of the Emergenza festival. This is a “can’t miss” opportunity to support your local bands and witness some incredible up and coming talent. We’ve got a running list of local bands that will not disappoint.

Set to open the show are The Stumpy Chumps who spin funk rhythm and a psych mentality into their alternative rock sound. Next up are Danish, whose signature brand of jazz-rock is as sweet as their name lets on. Then we have Eight Days of Autumn, who are ready to rock and are armed with an incredible set of stand out pop punk anthems. Bringing a humorous tone to the night is Natural Bull Logic, an alternative rock band that could have walked straight off of an episode of Flight of the Concords and will have you laughing as such. Next up we’ve got a trio of hard rock groups to amp up the evening. Starting it out is Elemental Burn, a family of hard rockers inspired by the metal Gods like Metallica. Second in line is Head of a Lion set to roar out its melodic hard-core ballads before metal band Prosthesis of Mind takes the stage. Their power riffs and double bass pedal will make you go mental. Taking us back, retro style, we’ve got the City Sharps, a band of ex-Sharpies turned alternative rock gurus of the ages. Then all girl rockers Tequila Mockingbyrd will close the show with their fireball energy and killer classic rock and roll sound.

Get ready for your weekend music marathon at the Epsy with Emergenza!
