These guys grew up breathing blues-rock, and you can feel it in their music. There’s a soulfulness to their sound that is missing from a lot of young bands these days. Their personal brand of blues riff rock filters in a variety of classic sounds. At times they dig the Southern roots deep to give you a swampy hard rock vibe. At other times they have a raw, kind of a John Lennon vibe and even make reference to the fact that as a band they had to battle the intrusion of the local Melbourne ‘Yokos’ in order to keep the band operating smoothly.
