Festivities continue at Epsy in Melbourne

The second night of the competition is bound to be just as incredible as the first, so don’t miss out this 10th of May

Whatever your plans are this weekend, cancel then. I’m just not sure how tandem biking and slurping slushies nose to nose with your young love can even come close to what’s going down at Epsy this weekend. After our mind-blowing opening night at Epsy on the 9th, stocked with 7 totally original Melbourne bands, we’ve got a follow up show that will give the Thursday night boys a run for their money. Kiddo’s gonna start us off cool as cucumbers with his Alternative Acoustic stylings. But not to worry, the mind blowing will ensue when Prog Rockers At the age of 440 hit the stage. After, Lune Zoo will set us straight, with their groovy, yet ice cool acoustic rock. The battle tonight may be between Diamonds of Neptune and The Shrunken Heads both Alternative Indie bands hoping to prove they’ve got the indie edge. After all this thoughtful indie music, you may wanna just let your mind go and get your Rasta on, thus IRIE, the night’s resident Rastafarians. Warning: don’t get too chilled out. Straightforward rockers, BLACK FUEL, are gonna give that fuel back to your fire and by the time James Caddy hits the stage you should be in good shape to enjoy his upbeat, yet meditative Roots Rock. There’s no excuse for missing a genre blasting night like this one. And it’s in tour own backyard!
