YOU GUYS HAVE A GREAT WEBSITE, STOCKED WITH ORIGINAL MATERIAL. HOW DOES IT HELP TO PROMOTE YOUR BAND AND WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO BANDS THAT HAVEN’T EMBRACED THE INTERNET IN THE WAY YOU HAVE?
Contemporary bands have to realise that technology and music go hand in hand. It is a great window of opportunity for bands to be heard and seen by an audience that may not otherwise have the opportunity to hear their music. It is a good communication tool to keep in touch with their fan base as well.

WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO ENTER EMERGENZA?
What better way to reach a live audience than through a popular competition such as yours? The competition allows individual bands to let their fan base hear them live and provides access to a greater audience. It also allows us to play alongside other bands and hear what other musicians are into. All musicians love to play music, but most of all in front of a live audience and this competition provides that opportunity.

WHAT DO YOU THINK IS ONE FRET BACK’S GREATEST STRENGTH? AND WHAT MIGHT HELP TO SEND YOU GUYS STRAIGHT TO THE FINALS?
We are an audience interactive band playing our own music. Our music is solid and we like to put on a great show.

WHAT DO YOU LOOK FORWARD TO MOST AS YOU MAKE YOUR WAY THROUGH THE COMPETITION?
Sharing our music with new audiences, taking them on a journey as we make our way through the competition. As the competition gets more competitive, our music and performance rises to the occasion.

WHAT’S YOUR GOAL FOR ONE FRET BACK? WHERE CAN WE EXPECT YOU SEE YOU IN A FEW YEARS?
Our goal is to play as many live shows to as many different audiences as possible. Continue to write and record more material, becoming better musicians and enjoying our music with our audience. But you can never beat playing your music live and that is what we love most of all.
