As we always say: The stage is set. Who will it be representing Australia? Who will be on the same bill as many world famous acts next year in Germany? In the past, the Taubertal festival, our German international final, had The prodigy, The Hives, The Cure and many more. We don't yet know who the big name headliners are for August 2013 but we're sure they will be universally famous!....But let's take one step at the time.

Now, it is up to the ten bands in Brisbane to not only show their songwriting skills but to be convincing in front of a panel of judges. The judges, who will vote on a set of criterias such as stage presence and arrangements, will decide which band will represent Queensland in the Australian national final at The Metro in Sydney. This time, on the December 8th the ten bands will battle it out and will prove their worth on the Hi-Fi stage. The top four bands with the highest public vote will go directly to the judges.

The one winning band, will have a fully paid tranfer to play in NSW and also be in the running to win prizes such as valve amps by Marshall or Cymbals by Sabian. Our exclusive sponsorship deal with Marshall, the world famous UK manufacturer is the only one of its kind. Emergenza musicians are the only recepients anywhere in the world, of these custom British amps made especially for us.
