    History:
    Distant Minds started out in June 2002 in Kitchener, ON. After rehearsing for 4 months, Distant Minds started to gig around with three full sets (cover / original material)
    The band went through two recording sessions where they came out with 2 demo CDs, the latest featuring 6 original songs written and performed by Distant Minds.

    Music Style:
    The music that Distant Minds promotes is a mixture of modern hard rock and progressive rock with melodic riffs and powerful choruses. Although the members of the band have different musical backgrounds, their music converges to a unique rock style.
