    Gli Hamartigenia nascono come trio nel 2001, per poi diventare quartetto un anno dopo con l'ingresso alla seconda chitarra di Daniele. Il genere proposto è un thrash metal piuttosto oscuro, violento e molto veloce, un ideale mix fra Kreator, Sodom e Necrodeath.
    La band ha recentemente suonato con alcune delle band underground più quotate, tra cui Hellstorm, Handful Of Hate e Arkenemy.
