Hi, we are Hibernia! We’ve been strumming out atmospheric indie rock tunes for a year in the cosy confines of an attic above our guitarist’s house. Singer, Sarah Azzi’s, fragile vocals complement Bassist, Bob Killalea’s mellow bassline. The syncopated rhythms of our drummer, Malvin ‘Chax’ Chakanyuka provide a firm back beat for our songs heavily influenced by the animalistic effects and intertwining riffs of guitarists Raiden Bitar and Yianni Adams. Our atmospheric approach to our music leaves room for connotative lyrics of various stories and experiences which are meaningful to us. We are extremely excited to play for anybody who listens and alongside many great acts we meet on this wonderful journey. Enjoy!
