    The first time these guys met to make some music it seemed, that it completely diverged what their style, concept and intention of their playing belonged. But with a bit of agreement and a bit of flaming the band got formed as a not specific-metal-band. After a few gigs around their "hood" - thuringia - they recorded their first Demo-CD called "Demographic Consumption" and tried to get fame by celebrating their anti-metal, compared to fashioned metal.
    The spirit of The Shortest Straw is characterized by a lot of delight of playing and the believe into individual deployment of every instrument and intention.
