A City In Silence comes from the New England area, in the heart of the hardcore metal scene. We have always stood out from all the other "Blast Beat" bands because we, for one have actualy lyrics in our vocals, which most the bands in the area cant say, and we really do put our heart into our songs. we enjoy them and know others will too. A City in silence is made up of Jordan Stevens ( Vocals ) James Banky ( Bass ) Bobby Coelho ( Drums ) Peter Varrica ( Lead Guitar ) and Tim McCarthy ( Guitar ) We mix new age with old school thrash to make our own sound that people like. We arent all hardcore metal. we like to throw in some covers of bands that we like like Metallica, The Rolling Stones, and Avenged Sevenfold. We use all types of influences whether it is rythmic, or straight metal. We maybe be from Rhode Island, but we will play just about anywhere, there are no restraints keeping us in the area, we basically go anywhere in the country to just go plug and play, to entertain the audience, thats out biggest thrill out of anything.
